Namaste from Maatee! Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We offer a simple 30-day return policy from the date of delivery to ensure your experience with us is delightful.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please connect with us at Namaste@maatee.store. Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Remember, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Return shipping fee of flat $5.99 will be deducted for the cost of the product. 

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. Your happiness is our dharma, and we will resolve any issues promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as those that have been worn, used, or washed, cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original and place a new order. Once your return is processed, proceed with a separate purchase for the item you desire.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
